Each Roast is lovingly hand made. Their shapes differ slightly but all roasts weigh the same. The Roast will expand slightly when cooked and will feed between 5 to 6 people.

Festive Roast - Gluten Free

  • Tofu (SOY), brown rice, mushrooms, onions, white beans, olive oil, dried cranberries,WALNUTS, gluten free soy sauce (SOY), nutritional yeast, garlic, miso (SOY), rice
    flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, rice bran, SESAME oil, guar gum, parsley, sage,
    rosemary, thyme, black pepper, salt.

  • Remove from plastic packet, leaving on string and tofu skin.
    Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven on 180ºC for 40 minutes or until completely hot all the way through and the outside is brown and crispy. Ensure the Roast is hot all the way through by inserting a skewer or knife through to the centre then pulling it out, be sure the skewer or knife is very hot to touch. Owch! Cut off string and slice to serve.
    Serve with all your festive favourites such as roast vegies, gravy and
